  1. This witty book, with charming illustrations and a lovely page layout, serves as a helpful starting point for self-exploration. The author’s clear, straightforward, nonjudgmental language provides a reassuring vehicle for the sometimes provocative questions, in keeping with the author’s statement that there is “no taboo topic for discussion.” Though the questions are not in any particular order, the clever subject codes for the index ensure easy accessibility. I particularly enjoy the way this book can be read in pieces, a little bit at a time, with lots of room for self-reflection and even discussion, if you want to share your thoughts with someone else.
