There are only 34 main official Rules of Golf, but somehow, golfers seem to have devised an infinite number of ways to violate these rules, and thereby be penalized by having strokes added to their scorecards, or ultimately with a ‘DQ,’ or disqualification.
This book serves to illustrate the practices that any level of player can utilize that will forever eliminate the need to turn in a very low score at the end of any round played, and/or guarantee a tournament loss and contains examples of how the ‘pros’ manage to lose.
Examples include everything from neglecting to remove your young child’s putter from your bag, using a hankie to kneel on in a trap, hitting a leaf on your swing, forgetting to sign properly, plus many many more situations that either were reported by the players themselves, or may have been spotted by someone who was watching the tournament on television and called the officials.
Of course the rules are also included, as well as a section containing humorous golf quotations and the publisher hopes you enjoy reading this book as much as the author had while writing it.
