It causes your physical, emotional, and spiritual health to suffer—from higher blood pressure to increased anxiety.

It presents proven forgiveness techniques that can heal resentment, grudges, regret, and self-blame. It’s a powerful tool for dealing with so-called “everyday offenses” and with trauma, tragedy, PTSD, and abuse.
